They've only been dating for a few months but One Direction's Zayn Malik and Little Mix's Perrie Edwards have already dealt with more than their share of rumours! Despite all the recent speculation over Zayn's fidelity, Perrie has insisted she trusts her man 100%.
Earlier this week Zayn quit Twitter following online rumours about his fidelity. The singer returned just 24 hours later but not before setting the record straight on why he had left. He posted:
"Sorry, I was getting some abuse on twitter but I dont want to let my fans down. So I am back!! :) x "
The abuse might have come from a couple of stories in the press recently including allegations that flirty Zayn was spotted by an Entertainmentwise source asking for a dancer's phone number at the Olympic Closing ceremony. Hardly the behaviour of a loved-up man...
Despite all the chat, Perrie has now spoken out on her relationship and she seems pretty happy with her man. The singer told The Sun that's she's not jealous of the insane attention Zayn receives from Directioners:

“I just think it’s funny. You have to trust each other. Me and Zayn are really happy. We see each other quite a lot, the only time we don’t is when he’s in America. It’s really hard. But I trust him."
"It does get hard when you don’t see each other. It does make it more special when you do see each other though.”
Perrie also revealed her secret to keeping the romance alive when they two are apart saying: “You just have to make sure you call and text each other all the time and tell each other what you’ve done each day and stuff. It’s when you don’t talk to someone that you start missing them."
And what about the negative comments from fans? Other girlfriends of the One Direction boys have been subject to online abuse froma small group of Directioners, but Perrie says it's not a problem for her:
“As far as his fans go, there’s always going to be one or two bad comments, but you’ve just got to ignore it. About one in 100 are bad ones. I just read all the good ones — most people are really happy that we’re in a relationship and happy.”
